Breast of duck, roasted baby beetroot and an aromatic jus.
Baked fillet of Halibut, caramelised cauliflower, cucumber, pine nuts and grapefruit.
Pan fried gnocchi, with peas, broad beans and morels.
All mains to be served with your choice of vegetable and potatoes.
